ABOUT VOXFEM NETWORK:

We are a small team of women

who have made it our mission to:

Contact and feature at least one

woman singer-songwriter/composer

+ visual artists, filmmakers and changemakers

from every nation and occupied territory in the world.

We center:

  • Original, soul-moving, molecule-rearranging work

  • BIPOC, 2SLGBTQIA and women with disabilities

  • languages other than English

We are creating a multi-platform

stage, gathering place and archive,

that is a home

where the world-changing sound,

music, poetry, film, art, vision, healing & activism

of women

is experienced, featured and honored

within a rich, historical context

and a place

where you can support these artists directly.

We translate, sometimes. Sometimes it's good to just sit in the presence of other languages.

For accessibility, we provide:

  • Help to subtitle existing music videos and interviews

  • Captions in video podcasts for hearing-impaired audiences

  • Transcripts for audio podcasts for hearing-impaired audiences

  • Audio descriptions of visual content for visually impaired audiences

We use our social media pages

(FB, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, Soundcloud, etc.)

to share our original content, to amplify the work of kindred artists and organizations and to link the artists with each other.

Host and facilitate hybrid events: live audience

+ best available, interactive, online concert platform.
